Some H-2A jobs, mainly harvest, accept little or no experience; others require proven experience, such as machinery operator jobs. What matters is the requirement written in the job order.
Quick answer: look for harvest and field work jobs, read the required experience field, highlight skills you already have and never make up experience. Start with jobs with light requirements.
How experience appears in the job
Each job order lists the minimum requirements. You may see expressions such as "no experience required", "3 months experience" or specific requirements. Learn how to read that field in how to read an H-2A job and in the glossary of terms.
