CONTROL OVER YOUR DATA

Delete your account and your data.

You can request the closing of your H2A Works account and the deletion of the associated data. Your identity will be confirmed before any irreversible deletion.

How to request

    Send the request from the email used on your account.

  2. 2

    State clearly that you want to delete the account and associated data.

  3. 3

    Reply to the identity confirmation sent by support.

  4. 4

    After validation, the request will be processed and you will receive a confirmation.

When logged in, you delete your account immediately in Settings → Account. Without access to the account, use email.

What will be deleted

  • Profile, preferences and professional information.
  • Résumés and documents stored by the platform.
  • Templates, AI conversations and personal settings.
  • Connection tokens and authorizations kept for the account to work.

Some records may need to be kept

Minimal data may be retained when there is a legal obligation, fraud prevention, billing, a dispute or the regular exercise of rights. In those cases, use is limited to the retention purpose.
