H2A Works is a technology tool. No feature represents a promise of employment, visa approval or legal and immigration advice.
Acceptance and scope
These Terms govern access to and use of H2A Works. By creating an account, purchasing a plan or using the platform, you declare that you have read and agree to these rules and to the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the services. Specific features may have additional conditions presented before activation or purchase.
What H2A Works offers
H2A Works is an independent technology platform that organizes public opportunities from the H-2A program and offers tools for search, profile, résumé, templates, applications, history, artificial intelligence and automations.
- We are not a recruiting agency, a law firm or an immigration consultancy.
- We do not sell jobs, visas, interviews or hiring.
- We do not represent the U.S. Department of Labor, USCIS, consulates, employers or the United States government.
- We do not guarantee a reply, interview, hiring, certification, visa issuance or travel.
Hiring is decided by the employer. Immigration and consular matters are decided by the competent authorities.
Job information
Jobs are obtained from official public sources, mainly SeasonalJobs.gov. The platform normalizes the data to make searching easier, but information may be changed, removed, become unavailable or show a synchronization delay.
Before making a decision, confirm pay, location, dates, requirements, contact details and instructions directly in the official job order. Displaying a job is not a recommendation, an endorsement of the employer or a guarantee that hiring is still available.
Account, security and Gmail
You must provide truthful information, keep your data up to date and protect access to your Google account. Do not share your account or allow third parties to use your authorizations.
When you connect Gmail, H2A Works requests the minimum permission gmail.send to send applications on your behalf. The platform does not request permission to read or sync your inbox. You can revoke access in your Google account settings; this prevents further sends through Gmail.
Applications and Autopilot
Before sending, review the recipient, the text, the résumé and the job data. You are responsible for the information presented on your behalf.
By activating an automatic mode, you authorize the platform to carry out the actions shown in the chosen configuration, within the stated filters, limits and activation time. Autopilot can be paused, can expire automatically and may stop sending when requirements are missing, there is a technical failure, a Gmail restriction or a usage limit.
It is forbidden to use the platform for spam, fraud, harassment, false information, circumventing limits or violating the policies of Google and email providers.
Artificial intelligence features
The AI features help analyze texts and prepare résumés, templates and guidance. Responses may contain errors or omissions and do not replace human review or legal, immigration or professional advice.
Do not use generated content to invent experience, certification or skills. You must review and approve all text before saving or sending it.
Plans, billing and cancellation
The free account has the limits shown in the interface. Paid plans, prices, billing period, features, renewal and payment method are shown before the purchase is confirmed. Promotions may have their own deadlines and rules.
Recurring plans can be canceled through the means available in the account, without removing access already paid for during the applicable period. The lifetime plan means access for as long as the product and the corresponding features are offered; it does not represent an obligation of perpetual or unchanging operation.
Mandatory rights under consumer law remain preserved. Billing requests should be sent to [email protected].
Acceptable use
- Do not try to access data, accounts or areas without authorization.
- Do not scrape data in bulk, overload the service or automate access outside the functions provided.
- Do not send content that is illegal, malicious, misleading or that violates third-party rights.
- Do not use multiple accounts to get around limits, security controls or provider rules.
- Do not resell the service or present H2A Works as an agency, employer or government representative.
Content and intellectual property
The brand, software, design and original content of H2A Works are protected. These Terms grant only a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable license to use the platform.
You keep the rights to your data, résumés and texts. By submitting them, you grant H2A Works a limited authorization to store, process, transform and transmit this content only to provide the functions you choose.
Availability, changes and termination
We may fix, update, suspend or discontinue features for security, maintenance, legal requirements, a change of supplier or product evolution. Whenever a change is relevant to your rights, we will seek to communicate it appropriately.
Accounts may be limited or closed in cases of fraud, abuse, security risk, violation of these Terms or legal obligation, subject to applicable rights.
Responsibilities and limits
Employers, Google, payment providers, government sources and other third parties have their own services and rules. H2A Works does not control the decisions, availability or acts of these third parties.
Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibilities or rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted, we are not liable for hiring or visa decisions, information changed at the source, third-party unavailability or losses caused by use contrary to the platform's guidance.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, preserving mandatory consumer protection rules and the right to the legally competent venue.
