See which fields really matter in an H-2A job and how to compare opportunities without relying only on the title.

Look for concrete verbs: operate, harvest, plant, load, drive, repair, feed or irrigate. They show the real work. Compare these tasks with what you have done and highlight the matching experience in your résumé.
If there is machinery, note the equipment names. "Operating agricultural equipment" may involve a tractor, combine, planter, sprayer or forklift — and one experience doesn't automatically replace another.
