Email in English to an H-2A employer: template and tips

A good H-2A application message is short, specific and easy to answer. The employer should understand which job you are looking for, why your profile is relevant, when you are available and where to find your résumé.
Email subject
Include the job title and your name. When there is a case number, it can also help.
Example: Application for Farm Worker Position — João Silva
Avoid subjects such as "Hello", "Job" or "Urgent". They don't identify the opportunity.
Five-part structure
- Professional greeting.
- Identification of the job.
- Relevant experience in one or two sentences.
- Availability and mention of the résumé.
- Thanks and contact.
