Duties and description

Original English description
  • Sort soiled linens, towels, and uniforms by type and level of soil
  • Load/unload commercial washers and dryers
  • Operate basic laundry equipment (washers, dryers, folding machines)
  • Fold, stack, and organize clean linens and towels
  • Inspect linens for stains or damage and separate items requiring rewash or disposal
  • Maintain orderly storage of clean laundry and deliver to designated areas
  • Clean laundry area and maintain washing/drying machines by wiping down and clearing lint filters
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
