Employees are required to adhere to company's production standard of 3.5 lbs. per hour worked. Employees unable to achieve the production standard stated in the contract will not be allowed to work over the minimum amount of hours offered. Employees producing lower than the production standard for an extended period of time with no improvement may be subject to job termination at the discretion of management. Work hours and days: will work shifts of 4:00 AM-12:00 PM, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, and 12:00 PM-8:00 PM Mon Fri; 35 hours/week; includes one unpaid lunch hour.
