Duties and description

Original English description
  • Greenhouse work and general maintenance. Must be able to reach, bend and lift items weighing 50 pounds repetitively throughout the workday. Must be able to work outdoors in dusty/dirty conditions, at extreme heat and cold inclement weather. Must be able to listen to, understand, and follow simple instructions of supervisors. Must be able to work in fields where ants, snakes and poison ivy are encountered. Use of personal cell phone or other personal electronic device during working hours strictly prohibited except for work-related calls or emergencies and violation may result in immediate termination.
  • Trabajos de invernaderos y mantenimiento general. Debe poder alcanzar, doblar y levantar artículos que pesen 50 libras repetidamente durante la jornada laboral. Debe poder trabajar al aire libre en condiciones de polvo/suciedad, en condiciones de calor extremo y clima frío. Debe poder escuchar, comprender y seguir instrucciones sencillas de los supervisores. Debe poder trabajar en campos donde se encuentran hormigas, serpientes y hiedra venenosa. El uso de un teléfono celular personal u otro dispositivo electrónico personal durante el horario laboral está estrictamente prohibido, excepto para llamadas relacionadas con el trabajo o emergencias, y su violación puede resultar en el despido inmediato.
