Duties and description
Original English description
- Workers will cultivate and harvest peaches by hand at the correct ripeness and pack fruit using various packaging methods. Workers will harvest fruit by hand into bins. Workers will rake brush, irrigate trees, perform orchard cleanup activities, and provide general farm maintenance. Workers must be able to climb up and down an orchard ladder with a 35 lb. picking tote. Must be able to pick 10-bushel bags of fruit per hour for job retention. One (1) month of experience cultivating and harvesting fruit trees is required. The employer will provide no training and allow workers zero days to reach production standards. Work hours and days may vary depending on the growing conditions and harvest time.

- Los trabajadores cultivarn y cosecharn duraznos a mano en la madurez correcta y empacarn la fruta usando varios mtodos de empaque. Los trabajadores cosecharn la fruta a mano en contenedores. Los trabajadores rastrillarn la maleza, regarn los rboles, realizarn actividades de limpieza del huerto y brindarn mantenimiento general a la granja. Los trabajadores deben poder subir y bajar una escalera de huerta con una bolsa de recoleccin de 35 libras. Debe poder recoger bolsas de fruta de 10 bushels por hora para conservar el trabajo.
