Duties and description

Original English description
  • Attend to live horses: feeding,
  • watering, loading, maintain records on
  • horses, assist in birthing, administer
  • meds, vaccinations, or insecticides as
  • appropriate, clean and maintain
  • housing areas, clean stalls, pens, and
  • equipment. Workers must also halter,
  • break, and care for young horses.
  • Responsible for managing and
  • harvesting grass and hay fields
