Duties and description
Original English description
- Farm workers are needed for this seasonal cow/calf operation to perform all job duties of hay productions and storage. Workers may use tractors with implements, hand tools and small machinery to perform these tasks.
- Workers will also be responsible for the care, feeding, watering and vaccinating of livestock, as well as maintaining the pens, fences and water troughs. Planting, cultivation and harvesting forage crops, tedding (spreading to dry), raking and baling. Daily farm and reanch activites will include plowing, planting, irrigation tasks, cleaning processing tools and routine maintenance of equipment and supplies.
- Drug testing may be performed upon accident, incidence or randomly at the discretion and cost of the employer. Failure or refusal of a drug test are grounds for termination.
