- Mixes feed and additives, fill feed troughs with feed and waters livestock. Examines animals to detect diseases and injuries, vaccinates animals by using syringes. Spray livestock with insecticide. Clip identifying notches or symbols on animals. Maintain ranch buildings and equipment. Have cattle experience and a valid drivers license.
