Duties and description

Original English description
  • Operate feedlot machinery including feed truck, feed wagon, pay loader, tractor with end scraper, and manure truck. Perform general servicing and repairs of feedlot equipment. Animal husbandry duties include feeding livestock, treating sick cattle, scraping pens, and hauling manure to maintain quality living spaces for the animals during the winter months. Other miscellaneous and manual feedlot duties as needed. Livestock include but are not limited to feeder calves, yearling cattle, and fat cattle.
