Duties and description
- Performs any of the following tasks to attend to livestock: Feeding cattle; cattle work and pregnancy checks; weaning; working and vaccinating cattle; maintaining feed equipment; welding maintenance; inspecting livestock for illness or injuries; maintaining and repairing grazing fences; hauling water to heifers; preparing ranch barns and grounds for freeze; opening frozen water tanks and springs; snow removal; shipping calves to market; preparing barns and cattle for calving; calving; cleaning barns; and repairing or maintaining feeding equipment as needed.
