Duties and description
- Perform the following seasonal duties: Feeding Cattle/Cleaning out Feed Bunks. ScrapingBarns/Hauling Hard Pack Manure/Bedding. Calving/Calving Pen Preparation and Clean Out.Inspect livestock for Illness and Injuries. Heat Detection/Heat Pen Set Up. Opening FrozenWaters/Filling Waters. Working and Vaccinating Cattle. Maintaining Exterior Fences. Fenceline Clean Up. Snow Removal/Salting Drives. Maintaining Feed Equipment. WeldingMaintenance. Breeding/Breeding Pen Set Up. Receiving and Unloading of Feedlot Cattle.Feedlot Barn Maintenance and Set Up. Preg. Checking and Sorting Cows. Other generalseasonal cattle related duties. May need to drive to town to pick up cattle supplies.Farming with: Beef Cattle. No CDL Required and no commercial truck driving required.
