Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Employer requires drug screen post-hire at employer's expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to children on the farm. Failure to pass drug screen and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Workers may be subject to random drug and alcohol testing at no cost to the employee, with failure to comply or a positive test result leading to termination. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive sitting is required. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English.
