What is the H-2A Visa?
The H-2A visa is a temporary agricultural work visa for the United States. It allows foreign workers to be hired by American employers to meet seasonal demand in the field.

How does the process work?
- The employer opens the job in the US Department of Labor system
- The job is approved by the DOL (Department of Labor)

- Completed DS-160 form
