Duties and description
Original English description
- Break ice in water troughs so livestock can drink, operate tank heaters; provide bedding for livestock to lay on, replace bedding as necessary to avoid contamination and disease, protect livestock from winter elements such as sleet, snow, ice, freezing temperatures; push snow; administering medication, birthing, feeding, vaccinating livestock to strengthen immune system during extreme weather; monitor mothers and newborns multiple times daily for injury and sickness; record number and weight of newborns; sort livestock to be shipped out.

Two (2) months of recent and verifiable experience required for the job duties listed. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record. Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment.
