Duties and description
Original English description
- Install new irrigation system on the farm including: Measure, cut, thread and assemble new pipe, placing the assembled pipe in hangers or other supports; Cut or drill holes to accommodate the passage of pipes; Perform rough-ins, and locate or remove leaking or broken pipes; Cut pipe and lift up to fitters; Fit or assist in fitting valves, couplings, or assemblies to tanks, pumps, or systems, using hand tools; Excavate and grade ditches, and lay and join pipe; Calibrate irrigation system; Install sprinklers; Must speak English.

Be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, humidity, wind, cold. Lift and carry supplies. Follow instructions. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license within 30 days following hire and obtain clean driving record to be able to operate company vehicle. Lift up to 50 lbs.
