Duties and description
Original English description
- Nursery Work - Including but not limited to, large-scale production and processing operations of plant production (assembly-line style processing of nursery products), process, label, and prepare nursery product for distribution and shipping. May include Flower and Shrub Maintenance, Shipping, Planting, and Facilities Maintenance. Prolonged standing, bending, stooping, and reaching. Job continues in all types of weather. Must be able to lift 75lbs. to shoulder height repetitively throughout the workday and be able to carry 75lbs. while walking various distances. Workers may be requested to submit to random drug or alcohol tests at no cost to the worker. Failure to comply with the request or testing positive may result in immediate termination. Use of personal cell phone or other personal electronic device during working hours strictly prohibited except for work-related calls or emergencies and violation may result in immediate termination.
- Trabajo en vivero: Incluye, entre otras actividades, operaciones de producción y procesamiento de plantas a gran escala (procesamiento de productos del vivero en cadena de montaje), así como el procesamiento, etiquetado y preparación de productos para su distribución y envío.
