Original English description
- Facility Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing fences, gates, and equipment and maintaining cleanliness and order around the ranch premises.Equipment Operation: Operate various ranch equipment such as tractors, Excavator, Bulldozer, Skid steers, ATVs, and hand tools safely and efficiently. Land Management: Assist in land management activities such as clearing brush, maintaining trails, and controlling erosion.
- Support Ranch Manager: Collaborate with the ranch manager and other team members to execute daily tasks and special projects as needed.Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.
- Prior ranch or farm experience required. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in various weather conditions (exert max muscle force to lift, push, pull, unload, carry objects 50+lbs; may climb, walk, stand, reach, balance, sit, stoop, bend, squat, wash, clean: equip, grounds, area).Basic mechanical and/or welding skills a plus.Must be reliable, safety-minded, and willing to learn. Valid driver’s license required within 2 weeks of reporting to work.Worker has 3 days from date of hire to show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
