Minimum of 1 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. The position requires close-range visual acuity. Must have the ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer). Must be able to learn and demonstrate understanding of employers seed color coding system. Extensive pushing or pulling of lled seed bags or seed containers into position for weighing, sealing, stacking, or loading. A drivers license is required solely because a worker may have an incidental and limited need to retrieve seed supplies. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Workers must have positive verifiable experience relevant to the job and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks. Workers must be able to speak English. Employees must adhere to strict biosecurity, company policies, and food safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
