Workers must have 30 days verifiable experience performing the job duties under Section A(8)(a). The work schedule under Section A(6) may be subject to change where weather, crops, or business needs demand. Work assignments, crew assignments, and assigned work tasks are at the sole discretion of the employer. For purposes of meeting the guarantee, workers will not be required to work more than the number of hours specified in this job order or on their Sabbath or Federal holidays. Workers must comply with the employers work rules and housing rules, which are set forth in full in this job order. Workers must comply with the employers personnel policies, including but not limited to its policies regarding safety, harassment/discrimination, abusive conduct, and drugs and alcohol.
