Duties and description
Original English description
- Pecan harvesting and field care. Repairing and installing irrigation for pecans, picking up pecans by hand, moving trees, planting trees, mowing groves, picking up limbs and roots, spraying pecans, shaking trees, driving tractors, picking table work, bagging pecans, cleaning pecans, driving forklifts to move pecans in super sacks or bins, sweeping, cleaning up pecan spills, moving pallets, picking up trash, loading and unloading trucks, moving pecans in and out of cold storage freezers, weeding, landscaping, mowing, driving tractors. All work is done on the farm. Workers may be requested to submit to random drug or alcohol tests at no cost to the worker. Failure to comply with the request or testing positive may result in immediate termination. Must be able to lift 50lbs. to shoulder height repetitively throughout the workday and able to lift and carry 50lbs. in field. Use of personal cell phone or other personal electronic device during working hours strictly prohibited except for work-related calls or emergencies and violation may result in immediate termination.

Todo el trabajo se realiza en la granja. Se puede solicitar a los trabajadores que se sometan a pruebas aleatorias de drogas o alcohol sin costo para el trabajador. El incumplimiento de la solicitud o el resultado positivo de la prueba puede resultar en el despido inmediato.
