Duties and description
- On farms, construct livestock facilities. Workers will perform tasks involving physical labor at agricultural
- construction sites. May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists,
- surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set
- braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials. May assist other
- craft workers.
- Workers will work on their feet, in bent, stooped, and crouched positions, and on ladders for a long period of time. Employees must be
- able to lift and carry materials or equipment with a weight of up to 75 lbs for 75 yards frequently throughout the day. Work requires
