Duties and description

Original English description
  • Workers will be required to drive tractors during planting, harvesting and preparing fields for the next year. General farm labor such as drainage, cleaning the shop areas, mowing housing, shop and office yards. Repair and maintenance and cleaning of farm vehicles and equipment. Keeping fields free of debris, field sanitation duties, etc. will be required. Drug tests may be performed post hire at no cost of the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Worker must abide all posted work and safety rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.
