  • The employer is seeking reliable, responsible, hardworking individuals to assist with the harvest season (including pre and post-harvest). They will only spend about fifteen percent of their workday doing these driving duties. They will spend most of the day field walking. They are required to live in the housing provided by the employer and take workers once a week to the grocery store and to the laundromat. Workers should follow safety and farm instructions. This job will be done under varying extreme outdoor weather conditions such as heat, high humidity, direct sunlight, cold weather, possible rain, wind, and exposure to pollen, soil, mud, dust and other natural elements. Repetitive physical conditions such as prolonged walking, standing, heavy bending, stooping, reaching and lifting will be involved on a regular basis.
