- Assist with the foundational upkeep of agricultural operations, focusing primarily on the safe
- and proper functioning of facilities and equipment throughout the season. Key duties involve
- performing diverse, multi-trade repairs such as basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- on farmworker housing, production facilities, and outbuildings; additionally, the worker will
- conduct routine preventive maintenance on farm equipment, tools, and machinery, which
- includes cleaning, lubricating parts, and assisting in the replacement of components using
- various hand and power tools, all while adhering strictly to safety protocols and being
- physically able to lift up to 50 pounds while working indoors and outdoors in various weather
- conditions.
