Agricultural Equipment Operator

The employer is seeking reliable, responsible, hardworking individuals to assist with the harvest season (including pre and post-harvest). Agricultural Equipment Operator will operate tractors, field trucks, medium flatbed trucks, and small farm vehicles (such as Gators) in the fields and/or to the packinghouse located on the farm. They may also operate forklifts in the packinghouse. Duties include loading and unloading, taking loads to the packinghouse, and maintaining and washing equipment. Workers should follow safety and farm instructions. This job will be done under varying outdoor extreme weather conditions such as heat, direct sunlight, cold weather, possible rain, wind, and exposure to pollen. Repetitive physical conditions such as prolonged walking, standing, heavy bending, stooping, reaching and lifting may be involved on a regular basis. Background check and random drug testing will be post-hire at employer's expense. 74 workers needed to start on 8/1/26 and the remaining 10 workers needed to start on 10/25/26.
