Atividades e descrição
- Duties required: harvest, count, plant, field pack, stack, load and unload strawberries. Other duties may include installation/maintenance of drip-tape irrigation, pruning, scanning, cutting/trimming, weeding, laying/pulling plastic/drip-tape and general farm labor. Light mechanical work, tractor operating, laying plastic, and packing. This will be done under extreme weather conditions. Heavy bending, stooping and lifting will be involved on a daily basis. Random drug testing will be post hire at employer's expense. Workers must pick at least 7.5 units per hour in strawberries, 8.5 units per hour in squash, and 5.5 units per hour in peppers.
