The workers must be able to lift and carry materials or equipment with weight of fifty (50) pounds frequently throughout the workday. The work requires repetitive movements and extensive walking. Weekly work schedule is 40 hours per week (8 hours Monday Friday, with some weekend work as needed). One (1) week of training provided by the employer. Each applicant (U.S. and H-2B workers alike) must complete the Employers standard online employment application as part of the hiring process. The application is uniformly required of all candidates and does not impose additional or different requirements on U.S. workers. The workers will be subject to drug testing upon reasonable suspicion, paid by the employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. The workers are subject to employment criminal background checks, paid by the employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B.
