Crawfishing includes pull crawfish traps from storage, inspect & do minor repairs if needed; manually cutting up of fish bait, baiting of traps; place traps in pond, operate push crawfish boats; lifting traps from pond, deliver crawfish to crawfish plant, frequent stooping, repetitive movements and lifting requirement of 40 lbs., check for broken levees and repair if needed, general upkeep & maintenance of farm & equipment, and working outside in inclement weather conditions. OT may be offered; All tools, supplies & equipment provided at no cost. Housing provided on the premises at no cost. Transportation and daily subsistence expenses to the work site will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience. May be subject to random drug screening paid for be employer upon hire or if suspicions arise-this is a drug free work zone. Must have legal authority to work within the United States.
