Workers will perform tasks necessary to prepare and reclaim agricultural fields for seasonal cultivation, planting, and crop maintenance. Duties include manually clearing land, acreage, and crop areas of old, degraded agricultural structures, fencing, and field obstructions to maximize arable soil. Workers will dismantle and break down old farm shelters, sheds, and remnants located directly on the cultivation fields. Workers will manually pick up, lift, and clear scattered agricultural rubble, discarded field materials, and debris from the acreage. All cleared materials, brush, and field refuse will be loaded into on-site dumpsters or disposal containers to safely clear the ground for tractors and planting machinery. No CLD required and no driving of commercial trucks required.
