The pre-season maintenance tasks will be done to machinery during the winter months when farming duties have halted and the machinery is not in use. List of equipment: (6) semi tractors and trailers, (2) John Deere combines, (10) John Deere tractors, (2) John Deere planters, (2) Fendt tractors, air seeder, strip till machine, flex heads, corn heads. All the machines and equipment will go through a thorough inspection, service, and repair process. Each machine will have a manufacturer's annual maintenance procedure that needs to be followed to ensure proper operation of the equipment during the work season. This winter work process will include the disassembly and reassembly of major components for replacement of bearings, lubricants, filters, parts, worn components, surfacing and welding of cracks. Cleaning of each machine must be done prior to any maintenance work. The work will include heavy lifting of machine parts and holding them in place during reassembly. Drive to town to pick up parts. No CDL Required and no commercial truck driving required.
