Atividades e descrição
- Duties may include: Workers will be expected to conduct winter seasonal work on 9,500 acre property for farm. Worker will assist in road building and maintenance within the irrigated fields which are idle of any growing crops during the winter months. Worker will assist in the removal of nuisance trees within the premises, filling of irrigation system wheel tracks, and preparation of the overhead sprinkler systems for winter weather. Mowing and clearing areas of waster vegetation built up during past furrowing season. Work will be expected to be conducted during winter months and may require exposure to possible extreme freezing temperatures, snowfall, and other unforeseen winter weather conditions & other related Winter Farm Maintenance Worker activities as per SOC/OES 45-2092 (onetonline.org).
- Possible weekend/holiday work.
- The employer may choose to pay experienced workers, regardless of origin, more than the published minimum wage rate. See attached Addendum C.
