Atividades e descrição
- Duties may include: Drive trucks, tractors, and other equipment ensure access to distribute timely feed animals. During the cold months worker will distribute bedding for animals, and clear pens of snow, wet bedding, and manure to ensure healthy conditions for animals. Inspect and clear waterers for animals to drink from and ensure no ice obstructing access. Examine animals to detect illness, and other physical characteristics that may impact the overall health of the animal during harsh winter months. Possible weekend/holiday work. Maintain equipment and cleanliness to continue operations during freezing conditions. Respect all property equipment & other related Ranch Hand activities as per SOC/OES 45-2093 (onetonline.org).

- The employer may choose to pay experienced workers, regardless of origin, more than the published minimum wage rate. See attached Addendum C.
