Atividades e descrição
- Duties may include: Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops. Plant, spray, weed, fertilize, water, and prune plants, shrubs, and trees, using gardening tools. Load agricultural products into trucks. Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment. Clean work areas and maintain grounds. Maintain and repair irrigation and climate control systems. Repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures & other related Farm Laborer activities as per SOC/OES 45-2092 (onetonline.org).
- Possible weekend/holiday work.
- The employer may choose to pay experienced workers, regardless of origin, more than the published minimum wage rate. See attached Addendum C.
