Atividades e descrição
- Attend to cattle. Duties may include feeding, watering, loading, and transporting cattle. Check on herd daily, sometimes multiple times per day during the cold winter months. Check water, haul feed and hay. May maintain records on cattle; examine cattle to detect diseases or injuries; assist in calving and weaning; administer medications, vaccinations or insecticides as appropriate. Maintain and repair cattle equipment, pens, yards, and fences. Monitor health and well being of the cattle. & other related Farmworker, Farm & Ranch Animals activities as per SOC/OES 45-2093 (onetonline.org).
- Possible weekend/holiday work.
- The employer may choose to pay experienced workers, regardless of origin, more than the published minimum wage rate. See attached Addendum C.
