Atividades e descrição
- Duties include but are not limited to the following: Caring for cattle; hauling water to livestock. Maintaining hot wire fence for cattle. Checking and feeding cattle daily. Assist during calving. Helping calves thrive after birth in potentially cold weather, drying calves, ear tagging, weighing, collecting information for heard record keeping. Assist in preparing cows for breeding programs. Assist in preparing and caring for young bulls developing for sale. Other cattle care as needed depending on weather and circumstances & other related Livestock activities as per SOC/OES 45-2093 (onetonline.org).
- Possible weekend/holiday work.
- The employer may choose to pay experienced workers, regardless of origin, more than the published minimum wage rate. See attached Addendum C.
