- The employer is seeking reliable, responsible, hardworking individuals to assist with the season. Daily job duties include conducting simple daily vehicle maintenance checks (DOT pre-trip inspections), filling water jugs with drinking water for the workers each morning, timekeeping, field walking, and ensuring field sanitation measures are maintained throughout the day. Farm Laborer/Driver will also pick up workers from employer-provided housing, take them to the worksites, and drive workers back to their housing. They will only spend about fifteen percent of their workday doing driving duties. They will take workers once a week to the bank and grocery store. Duties also include farm labor and nursery work. Workers should follow safety and farm instructions. This job will be done under varying extreme outdoor weather conditions such as heat, high humidity, direct sunlight, cold weather, possible rain, wind, and exposure to pollen, soil, mud, dust and other natural elements. Repetitive physical conditions such as prolonged walking, standing, heavy bending, stooping, reaching and lifting will be involved on a regular basis.

Workers must be dependable and punctual and have the ability to stand, bend, and work for long periods outdoors. They must pay attention to detail and quality.
