- Prepare traps for crawfish put bait into the traps and dropping them into the ponds from boats,
- harvesting crawfish by pulling traps out of the water and into the boat, emptying traps into
- sorters, sort crawfish by size and put into crawfish sacks re-bait traps and drop back into the
- pond, load crawfish onto trucks for shipping. General farm maintenance, filling vehicles and
- outboard motors with fuel, moving boats and trucks to crawfish ponds on the farm, cleaning up
- shop area and around farm. The workers are employed to collect crawfish that are harvested
- by launching boats and pulling traps from ponds that contain crawfish, the crawfish are
- dumped into sorting trays; the traps are re-baited and dropped back into the pond.
