Moloki Holdings, LLC has grown and is developing more quantity of harvested crops, like corn, peanuts, barley and soybeans. This season beginning October 19th 2026, COTTON after Peanut harvest is a main crop harvest for Molokai. Therefore its seasonal temporary work begins mid October by harvesting what during spring months was planted by the use of machinery Now, by mid fields of PEANUTS and SOYBEANS are ready to harvest. Cultivation and Harvesting of other crops like BARLEY, and COTTON will be done during the fall and winter months. Employer needs to hire temporary U.S or Nonimmigrant seasonal workers to harvest the above mentioned crops. Moloki Holdings, LLC is involved in its economical and financial growth of crops in North Carolina.
With the use of equipment provided by employer, like scissors, shovels etc., workers will clean weeds from plant, dig and cut, prune and pick crop by hand., also, by the use of machinery.
Workers should be able to walk extensively, and must be able to work under extreme weather, heat and cold as well as to be able to encounter with dirt and soil on clothing, and shoes, with insects and snakes other dirt animals as well. Moloki Holdings will comply with the crop planting and harvesting from Mid August through mid May For 9 months cleaning preparing fields as well as planting crops and Harvesting crops is the main Agriculture Business for Moloki Holdings,LLC.
Worker must be able to lift 50 lbs., without help.
