Farm Workers

Workers will operate tractors and other farm equipment in hay fields for cutting, raking, baling, and storing hay, while also assisting with minor equipment repairs and seasonal equipment storage. In addition, workers will help with cattle ranch operations during calving season by monitoring the herd, vaccination, feeding livestock, and performing general cattle care and ranch duties. Assisting in the planting of rice and soybeans in during the harvesting season. Employees will be expected to carry out a variety of general farm tasks as assigned. Once hired, workers may be required to undergo random drug testing at no cost to them; a positive test result or failure to comply with testing requirements may result in immediate termination of employment.
