- The Farm Produce Packer is responsible for all physical aspects of the farm produce packing operation. Duties
- include: sorting fresh potatoes by grade washed and unwashed and filing, handling, and stacking of finished product: bags/boxes or in bulk containers for their shipment. Safe and efficient use of company tools and equipment is an integral part of the employee
- responsibilities. Farm Produce Packer must be capable of lifting 50# units from knee height to shoulder
- height repetitively. Farm Produce Packer must be capable of standing for extended periods of time while
- performing the work requirements. Produce Packer must be available for a flexible daily work schedule.
