Atividades e descrição
- Bus drivers/supervisors will pick up workers, take them to worksite, supervise workers, and
- drive them back to their housing. They are required to live in the housing provided by
- employer
- and take workers once a week to the bank, Walmart and to the laundry mat. Must have or be
- able to obtain immediately a farm labor contractor license. Background check and random
- drug testing will be post hire at employer's expense. Any crew leader (farm labor contractor)
- employed under this job order must have a valid state and federal Farm Labor Contractor
- Certificate of Registration and must abide by all the requirements of the Migrant and Seasonal
- Agricultural Worker Protection Act (MSPA). The employer understands that they are
- responsible for assuring that all conditions of this agreement are met regardless of any acts or
- omissions of the crew leader
