When fencing workers will also be required to install and removing barbed wire fencing within the worksite area. The removal process is taking down metal post and removing all damaged, barbwire and any debris that is obstructing their path. In the installation process workers will need to prepare acreage for new installation of metal post and barbwire ranch fencing to be
installed. Workers maybe lifting up to 40lbs and walk extensively. The need is only temporary, since we can only castrate our cattle once and only brand, vaccinate them once a year. The three months of the year I can care for the needs of the cattle they do not require me to do individual care. The workers are not caring for the year around needs simply the once-a-year needs. I need
workers to help with these extensive and vital tasks. It would be impossible to do all the duties without these workers. Workers will be required to maintain their own equipment which is all provided at no cost. All though it may sound like a fast process it is time consuming and requires extra hands.
