Atividades e descrição

• The crew leader leads the team of workers and works alongside them in the field, providing
• instruction and training in the work. Transporting workers to and from employer owned housing, work sites and stores. Crew leader is responsible for making sure goals and work standards are met and that work and housing rules are being followed. The crew leader lives in the same house with other workers and is responsible for transporting them back and forth to work daily and to the store weekly. The crew leader reports to the farm owners and meets
• frequently with them to go over goals, plans, etc.
• This will be done under extreme weather condition such as heat, direct sunlight, possible rain, wind, and exposure to pollen. Repetitive physical conditions such as heavy bending, stooping and lifting will be involved on a regular basis.
• Work schedule is 8 hours per day 6:45am -3:15pm, Monday - Friday.
• Saturday is 10 hours from 6:45am - 5:15pm.
• Sunday is 2 hours from 6:45am - 8:45am
• 12 months of verifiable, combined experience with crew leading, harvesting, greenhouse work, crop trellising,
• transplanting, record keeping and spraying crops is required. The crew leader must have experience leading a crew of at least four agricultural workers, operating 23 HP minimum tractor for agricultural applications, experience driving a 25,999 GVW straight truck with full load, experience shuttling/chauffeuring passengers, and have the ability to communicate with the field workers in their spoken language
• Must possess or be able to obtain a FL drivers license within 30 days.
