- Duties may include: Duties include but are not limited to the following: Harvesting pruned wood from pecan orchards and forest service land. Select manageable sized pieces so that they can be hoisted by one individual. Clean up excess wood. Gather and manually load/unload wood into a dump truck. One hour lunchbreak offered & other related Wood Harvesters activities as per SOC/OES 53-7062 (onetonline.org).
- Possible weekend/holiday work.
- The employer may choose to pay experienced workers, regardless of origin, more than the published minimum wage rate.
