AGRICULTURAL EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

Workers will be required to drive tractors during the cultivation, planting and harvesting of sugarcane, this includes, but not limited to, loading trailers, driving pick up trucks to transport farm supplies, tools and workers between fields and the shop, weigh crop filled containers, record weights, cultivating crops planting, working crops in the field, field sanitation duties, shovel and drainage work may be required. Minor repair and maintenance as well as cleaning farm equipment and vehicles may be required, and other general farm labor that may be required to plant, harvest and work sugarcane crop. Drug tests may be administered post-hire at no cost to the worker to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties. Workers must abide by all work and safety rules.
