Ag Equipment Operator

We are a 5000 acre row crop farming operation. We grow corn and cotton with no irrigation. Our equipment is all John Deere with GPS guidance. Job duties may include and are not limited to tasks such as: apply products such as fertilizers, pesticides, growth inhibitors, etc; attach/detach implements; be able to handle working in high humidity; clean work areas; direct and monitor work during planting and harvesting; haul and spread materials such as but not limited to fertilizer to condition the soil; load crops and drive trucks to transport to and from fields and/or storage locations or facilities; repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures; tilling soil, transplanting, weeding, thinning, pruning crops; use hand tools such as wrenches, crow bars, air tools, electric tools; work in extreme temperatures. Equipment such as but not limited to the following will be used/operated by the workers in conjunction with the duties being performed: augers, bins, silos, loading and unloading facilities, combines or other harvesting equipment, cotton stripper/picker, dirt moving equipment, GPS guidance systems, grain carts, forklift, pickups, cars, etc, planters, skid steers, sprayers, tractor/trailer combinations, tractors. The workers will be performing the duties to help produce: corn, cotton.
